What a difference 2 weeks of clean eating & exercise makes. I had been eating whatever and whenever for a while and even though it was awesome, I noticed how often I slumped during the day. I constantly felt lethargic and continued to have trouble sleeping at night due to back discomfort. It’s only been two weeks and no only have I been sleeping better, my mood has lifted and I have so much more energy. I started working out so I could continue eating stupidly but actually, surprisingly- the more I worked out, the more I WANTED to eat better. I invite you guys to join me in this journey of a healthier living. I’m telling you, YOU CAN DO THIS. IF I can, you can too!!!
